A focused prototype can test extraction quality, answer usefulness, latency and operating cost. We agree how results will be assessed and what happens when information is missing or incorrect.

Processing location, access permissions and retention needs belong in the scope. Local processing may suit some workflows; others may need a hosted model or API. The choice depends on your data and deployment constraints.
