My game is crashing, what should I do?
First, try force closing the app and restarting it. If the issue persists, please check the App Store or Google Play Store for any available updates. Finally, try restarting your device. If none of these work, please contact us with your device model and OS version.
I lost my progress, how do I restore it?
Make sure you are logged into the same Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android) account that you originally played with. Most of our games automatically sync progress via these services.
I have an issue with an in-app purchase!
Please try the "Restore Purchases" button in the game's settings menu. If that fails, contact our support team with your receipt so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How do I turn off sound/music/haptics?
You can toggle sound effects, background music, and haptic feedback on or off in the settings menu, which is usually accessible from the game's home screen or main menu.
