Car Lane Privacy Policy

Intellara Labs provides Car Lane, Android package com.intellaralabs.carlane. This policy explains information handled when you play, view ads, make purchases, or contact us.

Game progress and preferences

No game account is required. Puzzle progress, current puzzle attempts, preferences, and purchase entitlement information are stored on your device. Your operating system's backup service may include this local data. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove your progress. The game does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise device location.

Advertising

The game uses Google AdMob for banner ads, between-level ads, and optional rewarded revival ads. Google's advertising SDK may collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), ad and app interactions, diagnostics, and device identifiers. Google uses these for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner apps.

Where required, the app requests privacy choices before requesting ads. Available choices can be revisited through “Ad privacy choices” in the app. You can also manage advertising identifiers in your device settings. Remove Ads disables banners and automatic between-level ads. Rewarded revival ads remain optional and only play when you choose them.

Purchases

Google Play or Apple processes payments. Intellara Labs does not receive your payment card details. To validate and restore Remove Ads, purchase verification may process the store, product identifier, transaction identifier, and purchase token or receipt. This information is used to confirm purchase status, prevent fraud, and manage entitlements, including refunds and revocations.

Support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond and resolve support or privacy requests. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Retention, security, and your choices

Local game data remains on your device until you clear it or remove the app, subject to device backups. Support and purchase records are kept as needed to provide support, maintain purchase access, prevent fraud, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Third-party services apply their own retention practices. Network purchase verification uses HTTPS, and Google's advertising SDK encrypts data in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information held by Intellara Labs, subject to applicable legal obligations. For store payment records, contact the relevant store. For Google's advertising data and controls, use the Google links above. We do not create a separate game account for you.

Request deletion of your data

Email support@intellaralabs.com with the subject “Car Lane data deletion”. Tell us which support conversation or Google Play order your request concerns. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or purchase tokens. We will use this information to locate relevant support or purchase-verification records and respond to your request. We delete records we no longer need; records needed for purchase access, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations may be retained for those purposes. There is no automatic 90-day deletion guarantee. Store and Google advertising records are controlled by those providers. To delete progress and preferences on your device, clear Car Lane app data or uninstall it, and manage any operating-system backups separately.

The game also retrieves ad configuration from Google Cloud Firestore. Network infrastructure may process connection information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect these requests. Puzzle progress is not uploaded by this settings feature.

Age group

Car Lane is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
