Intellara Labs ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed by Intellara Labs when you use the PDF Tools for Students application (the "App") available on Google Play.

PDF Tools for Students is designed to work entirely on your device. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide and improve the App.

• No Personal Data Collected: The App does not require account registration and does not collect your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information.
• Files Processed Locally: All PDF operations (merge, split, compress, rotate, sign) are performed entirely on your device. Your documents are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers.
• Anonymized Usage Data: We may collect anonymized, aggregated analytics (e.g., feature usage frequency, crash reports) solely to improve app stability and user experience. This data cannot be used to identify you.
• Device Information: Basic device information (operating system version, device model) may be collected for crash reporting and compatibility purposes.

2. How We Use Information

The limited information we collect is used exclusively to:

• Diagnose and fix crashes or bugs.
• Understand which features are most useful and improve the App.
• Ensure compatibility across different Android versions and devices.

3. Your Documents Stay Private

PDF Tools for Students processes all files locally on your device. We have no access to the content of any PDF or document you open, create, or modify within the App. Your files are never transmitted to Intellara Labs or any third party.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent any user information to third parties. We may share anonymized, non-identifiable analytics data with trusted service providers (such as crash reporting tools) solely to support app improvement. These providers are contractually bound to keep data confidential.

5. Advertising

The free tier of PDF Tools for Students may display ads served by third-party advertising networks. These networks may collect anonymized identifiers (such as an advertising ID) in accordance with their own privacy policies. Pro users have all ads removed. You can reset or opt out of personalized ads through your device's settings.

6. Permissions

The App requests the following device permissions:

• Storage / Files: Required to read PDFs you select and save the output files to your device.
• Internet: Used only for loading ads (free tier) and anonymized crash reporting. Never used to upload your documents.

7. Security

Because all processing happens on-device and no documents are transmitted, the primary security of your files depends on your device's own security (screen lock, encryption). We implement industry-standard practices for any anonymized data we do collect.

8. Children's Privacy

PDF Tools for Students is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
